Owner Bill Ahern is a certified aircraft mechanic with inspection authorization who worked directly for Beechcraft™ in their service center for more than 20 years. During that time, he was twice selected as the “Mechanic of the Year” by Raytheon Aircraft Services (formerly Hangar One).
Bill has strengthened his experience with the completion of multiple Beechcraft, Pratt & Whitney and Continental Motors Factory schools and work at a specialized engine shop where he was trained on the P&W PT6A series, PT6A large series, JT15D series, line maintenance, rigging and hot section inspections.
Bill is proud to say that he was in charge of Raytheon's King Air 90 (serail number LJ-34) display in the Smithsonian Institute's National Air and Space Museum for the NBAA's Business Wings Exhibit in 1998. With his experience and expertise, he leads our skilled and dedicated team of FAA certified mechanics in providing top-notch services.
